Warranty policy
The warranty policy is governed by the applicable consumer rights laws in the United Arab Emirates
Voltaire always strives to support customers and provides all means of assistance within the available capabilities
First, the products subject to the warranty of the agent or suppliers, as the quality of manufacturing, warranty services, maintenance time, provision of spare parts, and quality of service do not fall within the responsibilities of Voltaire.
In the event that you do not know the number of the agent or supplier for the product that you have, call the inquiries (181) or call the numbers of the Voltaire company, and our staff will help you to obtain the appropriate number.
Secondly, the products subject to the Voltaire Company The product subject to the Voltaire Company warranty is under the responsibility of the company in the event of a manufacturing or technical malfunction and is subject to the terms and conditions. The product warranty of the Voltaire Company includes maintenance of the faults and replacement of damaged parts at the expense of the company as long as the product is within the warranty period, and this does not include Transportation and delivery service.
In the event of any malfunction or problem with large appliances (refrigerator - washing machine - air conditioner - cooker - freezer), take the following steps:
- Ensure that the purchase invoice, date of purchase, and warranty period are available
- Photocopy the invoice and the product and send them on WhatsApp. The maintenance service is accompanied by an audio or written message about the problem. The maintenance employee will contact you and give you an appointment to come to your home within a period of five days (except for the western region).
With regard to small devices, the business must bring the product, and the product will be checked and maintained within five days.
- A service fee of 100 dirhams will be added in the event that there is no problem with a product and the customer has contacted maintenance while he does not know how to operate the product or use it after going to it.
The guarantee shall be void in the following cases:
* No warranty or purchase invoice
* Opening the product by the customer or an unauthorized maintenance shop, misusing the product, and not following the instructions contained in the usage guide
* The product was exposed to unsuitable factors such as water, liquids, external dust, direct sunlight and humidity
* Do not remove the factory screws of the front-loading automatic washing machines
* The occurrence of a break or crack in the TV screens after leaving the exhibition
